- Legal support in company restructuring processes, including collective redundancies, job vacancies, agreements for revocation of work contracts, lay-off procedures;
- Due diligence;
- Advice on labour matters of a general and strategic nature, as well as matters related to social security;
- Analysis and elaboration of individual contracts of employment, temporary work contracts, agreements of occasional transfer of workers and services, contracts;
- Support in the management of employment contracts, including support in matters such as functional and geographical mobility, change of remuneration, fringe benefits, preparation of incentive plans, stock acquisition plans;
- Representation and defence of the Client’s interests in any labour litigation before the courts; arbitration commissions or administrative authorities;
- Follow-up of the Client in meetings with trade unions, professional associations and inspection authorities;
- Accompaniment of work accidents processes, in administrative and judicial seat;
- Counselling in matters of safety, health and hygiene at work;
- Follow-up and instruction of disciplinary procedures;
- Assistance in hiring and the legalization of foreign workers;
- Follow-up of collective contract processes.
